At Hair Bounce, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Here’s a simple outline of our shipping policy:

1. Processing Time

     Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (except Sunday and Govt holidays)

      Shipping Methods - Smart Express Shipping

      Delivery: Delivery within 24 - 48 hours for TN and PY States and 3 - 6 business days for other states. These are arrived from our past data from carriers we use to ship the orders.

Shipping Fare: Free Shipping for order value above 599 and below 599 prepaid shipping is 49 and COD shipping is 85. 

3. Order Tracking

       Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

       You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

4. Custom Duties and Taxes

        For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

        If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hairbouncecs@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange the refund ASAP.

6. Incorrect Address

         Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
